Miley Cyrus practiced singing in Portuguese as she learned how to translate "Party in the USA" to "Festa no Brasil."

Miley Cyrus did some shopping at Barney's in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. Miley was wearing a casual t-shirt and jeans along with some Native American inspired jewelry, including a very large index finger ring while carrying her iPhone.

Justin Bieber has Crush on Miley?

Rumors are swirling that Justin Bieber possibly has a crush on Miley Cyrus. It appears that this crush developed when the two sang together at Madison Square Garden just over a month ago.

"When Justin and Miley sang Overboard together, he kept reaching out to put his arm around her. Justin flirted up a storm with Miley and tries some slick moves to draw her closer every chance he got. But Miley never reciprocated. She later told a friend, ‘Justin’s adorable, but he’s too young for me.’"

While Justin and Miley have been talked about as a possible couple for a long time, I really don't see them dating anytime soon.
