Miley among the Highest Earning Celebrities of 2010

Miley Cyrus has been ranked #18 on a list of the highest earning celebrities of 2010. According to Forbes, Miley earned $48 million.

Miley's success in 2010 was anchored by her movie The Last Song and her new album Can't Be Tamed.

Miley also placed #13 on the Forbes "Celebrity 100" which ranks celebrities based on pay, along with other media appearances.

Oprah Winfrey ranked #1 on both lists, with Beyonce being the highest ranked pop star.

Miley Cyrus attends Saints Game

Miley Cyrus attended yesterday's New Orleans Saints football game. The Saints won the game 31-13 over the St. Louis Rams. I don't think Miley is a Saints fan in particular, but she is in New Orleans to film her new movie So Undercover.

It looks like she got to meet Saints coach Sean Payton, although you can't see his face in the picture:

Miley to star in So Undercover

Miley Cyrus will be starring in a new movie called So Undercover. She will play a private investigator hired by the FBI to go undercover at a college sorority.

Joshua Bowman will reportedly play Miley's love interest. Kelly Osbourne will also be in the movie.

Filming is scheduled to begin in New Orleans this month.

New Hannah Montana Episode - Kiss It All Goodbye

A new episode of Hannah Montana will be airing on Sunday, December 19th.

Miley finds out that the critcs don’t like her after she revealed she was Hannah Montana, so when Aunt Dolly asks Miley to join her on stage, Miley fears she can never perform again.

Miley's Florida Beach House Condo

TMZ is reporting that Miley Cyrus bought a 1.8 million dollar beach front condo in Walton County, Florida about a year ago. The condo is on the Florida Panhandle with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Miley will still most likely be spending most of her time in LA, and will probably use this as a vacation home or investment property.

Hannah Montana Forever DVD Cover

Miley's newest Photo Scandal

Just after her 18th birthday, a new Miley Cyrus risque photo scandal has hit the internet. It is not really clear that these pictures are really of Miley, so I'll let you be the judge.

The first photo is fairly tame and shows Miley in a closet. This one does pretty much look like Miley.

The second photo shows a girl posing in a bathroom. She is wearing a flannel shirt that looks like one Miley has worn before, and the picture is taken with an iPhone, which Miley also has. Most people are saying that this is not Miley, and I agree.

Miley Cyrus was the most searched for celebrity of 2010 according to Yahoo. She was the third most searched for term overall behind "BP Oil Spill" and "World Cup." Miley was also included in the category "Top Searched Misspellings" - many people misspell her name "Mylie."

The Miley Cyrus Show on SNL Again

Miley Cyrus was spoofed again on Saturday Night Live this past weekend as Vanessa Bayer repeated her role of Miley on "The Miley Cyrus Show."

This time Anne Hathaway was part of the show playing the part of Katie Holmes.

I think this will become a pretty regular skit on SNL since Vanessa Bayer's impression of Miley is pretty accurate.

Miley's 18th birthday is Tuesday November 23rd. She had an early party on Sunday after the American Music Awards at the Trousdale club in Los Angeles complete with a huge birthday cake, and appearances from Demi Moore and Rumer Willis.

Miley to Perform at AMA's

Miley Cyrus will be performing at the 2010 American Music Awards. The show will air live in the USA on November 21st on ABC.

Taylor Swift will also perform at the event, along with Pink, Kid Rock, Ne-Yo and Rihanna. Carlos Santana w/Gavin Rossdale, Backstreet Boys & New Kids On The Block, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Christina Aguilera, Bon Jovi and Usher will also perform.

Miley Cyrus Parents Divorce

Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus are getting a divorce after 17 years of marriage. The couple filed for divorce today in Tennessee citing "irreconcilable differences."

A statement was released to announce the split:

"As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."

It must be a very sad time for Miley after hearing this news. Hopefully she is handling it well and will be able to maintain a good relationship with both parents.

TV Guide Magazine - Hannah Montana Set Visit

TV Guide Magazine went on a behind the scenes tour of the Hannah Montana Forever set with Miley Cyrus, Emily Osment, Billy Ray Cyrus and Jason Earles. This video just came out to promote Miley on the cover of TV Guide which will hit newsstands on November 25th. Even though Hannah Montana finished filming a few months ago, this video has some good never before seen footage and interviews. The cast audition tapes are really cool.

Miley to Perform at 2010 MTV EMA in Madrid

Miley Cyrus will be performing at the 2010 MTV EMA awards show in Madrid, Spain. The show will air in the USA on Sunday, Nov. 7 at 9/8c on MTV2.

Eva Longoria will host the MTV EMA 2010 in Madrid's Caja Magica.

Other performers will include Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Kid Rock, Kings of Leon, Linkin Park, Plan B, Shakira, Hayley Williams and B.o.B.

Presenters at the EMA will include Emily Osment, Johnny Knoxville, Evan Rachel Wood, and Snooki and Pauly D from Jersey Shore.

Miley Cyrus Marriage Rumors Persist

Ever since the news broke that Miley and Liam were back together, there have been rumors of the couple getting married.

A bunch of websites like this one are reporting that Miley and Liam plan to get married as soon as Miley turns 18.

These rumors seem crazy to me. Just one month ago Miley said that she had no plans of getting married. See the video below to hear Miley talk about how she isn't going to get married anytime soon.

Some more information about Miley's 2011 trip to Brazil. As the below video shows, there will not be any concerts in Brazil, but rather a private party held for contest winners.

Miley to Tour in Brazil and Europe?

It looks like Miley Cyrus might be performing in Brazil in May of 2011. Details are a bit hazy at this point, but a few sources have reported that Miley will be visiting Brazil in a promotional tie-in for Brazilian company Santher. These same outlets are also reporting that Miley will be interrupting a European tour to head to Brazil, so that means that Miley will probably be doing some pretty heavy touring in 2011.

Hopefully we will get some more details about the possible Brazil and Europe tours soon.

The Big Bang - Preview

Miley Cyrus and Kevin Zegers are starring in a mystery project called "The Big Bang." The project will premiere on E! News on November 1st.



In the preview Zegers plays a parking attendant. When Miley drives into his parking garage he has some kind of flashback (or flash forward?) of Miley getting into a car accident.

No one is really sure what this project is going to be. When it first surfaced people thought it would be a music video, but now it appears to be a short story or commercial of some kind.

Miley Confronts Paparazzi

This new video shows Miley Cyrus confronting the paparazzi. Miley was driving with the paparazzi following her when the paparazzi allegedly cut off another motorist. Miley then stopped to talk to the motorist and they called the cops. Miley then confronted the paparazzi's car and informed them that the police were called, and that she wasn't going anywhere else for the rest of the day so they should stop following her. I think Miley showed a great deal of maturity here, and she has been praised across the internet for the way she handled the situation.
