In the video Miley is urging her fans to go the the website twloha.com and vote so To Write Love on Her Arms can win one million dollars for suicide prevention.

Miley Cyrus not Engaged
Speculation was circulating that Miley Cyrus might be engaged to boyfriend Liam Hemsworth after Miley was seem wearing a "sparkly ring on her left hand."
