Global Youth Service Day
Miley Cyrus appeared in this video to promote Global Youth Service Day on April 15-17, 2011. Miley urges everyone to "Make a video, post a picture or write a blog about everything that you do, then post it to geturgoodon.org."

Miley Cyrus Stalker Arrested
Some scary news from this morning, as someone described as a "stalker" was arrested when he was trying to break into Miley's neighbor's house.
Apparently the guy had the wrong house and thought it was Miley's. The 26 year old man was claiming "he had a date with Miley."

Miley Cyrus Influences Lawmakers
Just months after Miley Cyrus was seen allegedly smoking the legal substance Salvia, New York State lawmakers are trying to ban the substance.
The legislation specifically mentions Miley by name stating, "This is the same legal substance that pop star Miley Cyrus was allegedly smoking in a widely distributed video clip in December of last year."
The bill, which was created "In an effort to protect the youth of New York State" has passed the New York State Senate. It still has a ways to go before becoming a law though. The same legislation has passed the Senate four times in the past only to be ignored by the New York State Assembly. Maybe having Miley Cyrus as a scapegoat will be enough to push this bill over the top!
State senator John Flanagan sponsored to ban and was quoted as saying, "We have seen the impact this legal substance can have on our communities and the danger it poses is clear and it is real. This is a destructive legally-sold gateway to further drug use that should be off our store shelves."

South America Tour Dates
Miley Cyrus has announced the first few dates of her 2011 South American Tour. More dates will be announced soon. The dates were announced at Miley's official facebook page. Check that for the latest dates.
April 29, Quito Ecuador at Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa. Tickets on-sale Saturday, March 26 @ 12:00 pm.
May 1, Lima Peru at Explanada del Monumental. Tickets on-sale Wednesday, March 23rd @ 09:00 am.

Billy Ray and Tish not getting Divorced
According to TMZ, Billy Ray Cyrus has withdrawn his divorce papers so he can try to save his marriage.
Billy Ray has been spotted with Tish a few times in previous weeks, along with making some TV appearances explaining his situation. According to Billy Ray, the family has done a better job of communicating recently and his relationship with Miley has gotten better.
