Miley Cyrus has made her way to New York City for Fashion Week. She attended the Rachel Zoe fashion show earlier today with her mom Tish Cyrus.

SNL - Miley Cyrus Show returns

Saturday Night Live once again parodied Miley Cyrus in a new edition of The Miley Cyrus Show last night (February 9, 2013). This time the guest was Justin Bieber playing the president of Miley's fan club. The show poked fun at Miley's new short haircut and her alleged secret wedding.

New Music - Short Hair

Miley Cyrus has officially signed with RCA, and is working on a new album. The new music will be released in late 2013. This marks Miley's first album outside the Disney umbrella, so many people are expecting it to be different. MTV has all the details.

Also Miley has told E! News that she will never have long hair again. She likes keeping it short and will have short hair forever. "You will never see me with long hair again! My fiancé loves it... It's so easy and I don't need to wash it. It looks better grungy and not washing it."

Miley Cyrus showed off another new tattoo as she tweeted a picture of the ink on the back of her right arm. The tattoo is of two crossing arrows, and was done by celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D.

Miley to Guest Star on Two and a Half Men

Miley Cyrus will be guest starring on Two and a Half Men. She plays Missi, the daughter of one of Walden's (Ashton Kutcher) friends. Missi will be romantically involved with Jake.

Miley Cyrus Engaged to Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus is engaged to Liam Hemsworth according to multiple media reports.

Liam proposed to Miley on May 31, 2012 with a 3.5 carat diamond ring.

Miley was quoted as saying, "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam" by People Magazine.

The couple met on the set of their 2009 movie The Last Song.

Miley Cyrus has Cleaning OCD?

Miley Cyrus recently confessed that she is obsessed... with cleaning.

Miley tweeted that if she could change one thing about herself it would be to eliminate her cleaning OCD:

if i could change one thing about myself it would be my ocd. why do i never stop cleaning?! drives me nuts!

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can cause people to become obsessed with doing certain things such as making sure a door is locked or washing hands.

I'm guessing Miley has a mild form of OCD which causes her to have anxiety if something is not neat and clean.

New Tattoo - Love Never Dies

TMZ is reporting that Miley Cyrus has gotten another tattoo.

Miley's latest tat is the phrase "Love Never Dies" on the inside of her left bicep.

Miley had the ink done Saturday night (February 18, 2012) at Studio City Tattoo.

Miley helped Demi Lovato through Tough Times

Demi Lovato has opened up to Seventeen Magazine about making it through her tough times.

She mentioned that two of the people who helped her the most were Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez:

"There are two people that no matter how many times we fight, we will always be in each other's lives. [Miley Cyrus and I] are strong-headed. Selena [Gomez] and I, we never fight."

In fact, Miley tweeted Demi just the other day:
