Miley in Grosse Pointe

There is an interesting news article in the Detroit Free Press about Grosse Pointe South High School in Michigan and how it has been transformed into a movie set for LOL.

Almost all of the school is being used to portray fictional Wrigley High School in Chicago. Fans have been waiting outside of the school to get a chance to see Miley. One girl said that fans were even pestering her for autographs when she was trying to buy a bag of chips at CVS. "She told everyone to quit stalking her, to give her some space. I can understand her frustration, but she could have been a little less rude about it."

Miley at Cedar Point

Miley Cyrus and Douglas Booth along with some other members of the LOL cast and crew went to Cedar Point amusement park in Ohio a few days ago. In this picture they are seen riding Millennium Force, which I can say from experience is an awesome roller coaster. Seeing this picture makes me want to go back to Cedar Point, especially since they have added a bunch of new roller coasters since I was last there!

Miley Auctions Clothes for Charity

Miley Cyrus will be putting a lot of her clothes up for sale on eBay in the upcoming weeks. The proceeds will benefit the charity Get Ur Good On, a social network aimed at connecting youth with volunteer and service opportunities in and around their communities.

Here's what Miley had to say about her involvement with the charity:

"For me I get this amazing blessing and opportunity to do this every day and get up on stage and hopefully inspire people with my music, and that's something that's really important to me, but so is getting involved in charities. There's amazing charities right here in America. You don't have to travel 30 hours... you don't have to give a billion dollars. It's not about how much or how far, it's about looking at your neighbors and seeing how you can help. This isn't just stuff that's all over the world, it's right here, it's right next to you. It's important to get involved."
