Miley Autographs Fan's Arm - April 5, 2008

While shopping on Saturday, Miley was "Amazed when asked by 25-year-old fan Melissa Burech to sign her body so that it could be tattooed later on that day." Apparently, Melissa is well-known as the girl who gets celebrities to sign parts of her body to later get them tattooed - giving the 15-year-old Hannah Montana star a prime spot on her upper right arm.
