Miley to Present at 2008 MTV VMA's

Miley Cyrus has been named a presenter for the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. The show airs live September 7 at 9 p.m. ET and will take place at Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles. Other presenters include Michael Phelps, Lindsay Lohan, Ciara, Scarlett Johansson, and "High School Musical" stars Ashley Tisdale, Corbin Bleu, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.
