Miley at 21+ Club?

Some people like Perez Hilton have criticized Miley for partying at a "21+" club (over the weekend with Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher) when she is only 17.

As with most of Miley's "controversies" I think this one is overblown. Reports state that Miley wasn't drinking in the club, so I really don't see what the big deal is. Sure she might have been given a special pass into the club being underage, but she is a celebrity and should be able to take advantage of perks like that. It doesn't mean she is becoming the next Lindsay or Britney or whatever.
